Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hostl Apparel LLC. If something doesn’t work out, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Custom or limited edition products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • Hostl Apparel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. International Orders

  • Important: If you are returning an item from outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return.

  • Hostl Apparel LLC does not refund original shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes paid.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect from the carrier, shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued for the product cost (if eligible), minus any additional return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.
