Cancellation policy

At Hostl Apparel LLC, we value our customers and aim to process all orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy before making a purchase.


1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

  • After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed/shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellations.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at:

  • Please include your order number in your request.


3. Processed or Shipped Orders

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may still be eligible to request a return or exchange once you receive the package, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


4. International Orders & Customs Fees

  • Important: Refusing delivery of a package due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or fees does not qualify as a valid cancellation.

  • In such cases, shipping costs and any associated fees are non-refundable.


5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations (within the 24-hour window and before processing/shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exceptions

  • Sale items, limited edition products, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once purchased.
