Cancellation policy
At Hostl Apparel LLC, we value our customers and aim to process all orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed/shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellations.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Processed or Shipped Orders

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You may still be eligible to request a return or exchange once you receive the package, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. International Orders & Customs Fees

Important: Refusing delivery of a package due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or fees does not qualify as a valid cancellation.

In such cases, shipping costs and any associated fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations (within the 24-hour window and before processing/shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions

Sale items, limited edition products, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once purchased.
